Events

NCFC isn't complete without a slew of events. Though we don't have any tentative dates yet, here is a list of the events you can participate in at NCFC this year.

Minigame Competition

We decided to do another minigame competition this year. Last year's had very few participants, so we hope this one will have more. As with last time, the theme for the competition will be announced during opening ceremonies, and participants will have until the final day of NCFC to complete and submit their entry. Prizes for the winners have yet to be decided.

Radio NCFC

Radio NCFC is back! The radio program was a huge success last year, and we're looking forward to bringing it back. In addition to playing music, we also plan on having a number of scheduled radio shows. Look for an official radio schedule as NCFC draws closer.

Trivia Contest

Last year's trivia contests were a total trainwreck. If we can promise anything, it's that this year's won't be. The trivia contest will be conduced on the #NCFC IRC channel and will feature obscure facts about Nintendo games that won't be particularly easy to quickly look up. Though there will be no physical prizes given, winners will be mentioned on this sites.

NCFC Brawl

That's right, we're going to have a Super Smash Bros. Brawl tournament! As with the other events, we are unsure on both the date and the prizes, but the format is what you would expect. As NCFC draws closer, we will open up registration for the tournament on this page. Be sure to have your Friend Code handy!

Mario Kart Wii Tournament

Besides just the Brawl tournament, we're also going to have a tournament for Mario Kart Wii, simply because it's Nintendo's most robust online offering yet. Just like the Brawl tournament, we'll be opening registration at a later date.
